(Los Angeles – November 2024) Dance/EDM artist, songwriter, and actress Kendra Erika has risen to be a brilliant star in the music world. Her latest single, Body Language, climbs to #2 on the iTunes Chart as her video reaches over 1 million views on YouTube! iHeart radio stations and others are on the record, and recently, Kendra’s video debuted on MTV’s Spankin’ New video show.

Kendra has secured a distribution deal with KDM Music, expanding her reach to 19 Asian territories, and her music is now featured in multiple iHeart Radio insertions. Body Language was written by Kendra and producers Ellis Miah and Marvin Buessau, who have written songs with Miley Cyrus and RuPaul. The track was remixed by DJ StoneBridge, a GRAMMY-nominated Stockholm-based DJ, artist, and producer known for creating chart-topping remixes for artists such as Usher and Lenny Kravitz.

Kendra’s journey in the music industry has been nothing short of inspiring. Her signing distribution for the single with AMG Canada/Sony Music came after a standout performance at the Universal Bar and Grill Showcase in June 2024. TJ Goodin, International A&R/Acquisitions for AMG/Sony, was so impressed by her performance that he introduced her to the label’s CEO, Mark Berry (David Bowie, Duran Duran, and Billy Idol), and Vice President, Duane Farley. By July 18, Kendra’s label, Oyster Shell Music had reached a distribution deal for Body Language with the label, further cementing her place in the industry.

Kendra Erika is no stranger to success; with five Billboard Top Ten dance hits, including her 2019 single Self-Control, which topped the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart, she’s proven herself as a powerful force in the industry. Her remake of Frank Sinatra’s Witchcraft earned her the Best Producer/Production award at the Hollywood Independent Music Awards, showcasing her versatility and depth as an artist.
