The singer-songwriter, actress, author, director and lyricist notes a life immersed in all things creative, and has risen up through the musical ranks in recent years thanks to her timeless style and balancing of heartfelt issues and a clear love for the artistic process.
Still riding the wave of her evolving success – the single Intimacy became the official anthem for International Women’s Day – K-Syran continues her climb as a passionate songwriter and activist, this time dealing with the simple topic of seduction and attraction.

The self-produced Turning My Head leads with a rather vintage disco-pop arrangement of both organic and electronic traits, alongside a breathy vocal that’s equally nostalgic in its subtle yet expressive intentions.

Spacious and modest as it gathers intriguing momentum during the latter half, Turning My Head notes a memorable repeating ‘I can feel it, hope you feel it too’ as things build towards a big finish. Then to inject a higher-octane floor-filler vibe, the release also includes a Dan Thomas Remix – a hard-hitting EDM version of the song, which electrifies its elements and effectively raises the volume and the pulse of the entire mix.
